Our TPO Service Includes:

•Underlayment: Installation of a protective layer beneath the primary roofing material such as DensDeck is installed.
•Primary Roofing Material: Application of the TPO roofing material then is installed. With either the mechanical method with screws and caps or the adhered method with glue.
• Ventilation: Installation or adjustment of ventilation systems to support airflow and reduce moisture buildup.
•Flashing: Installation of termination bars around parapets, vents, canales and chimneys to prevent leaks.
.•Sealing and Waterproofing: Application of silicone on all penetrations to ensure leak prevention.
• Walkthrough: Final walkthrough with the customer to review the work and address any questions or concerns.
